The Patient & Family Advisory Council at St. Joseph’s Health brings together patients, families, clinicians and staff to improve care and the patient and family experience. 

What is the PFAC?
Our mission of the PFAC is to always serve our patients and families first while achieving the highest aspirations of the St. Joseph’s Health’s Vision, Mission, and Values.  Promoting the patient and family voices integrates and elevates development of programs, services and initiatives.
