UntitledSt. Joseph's Regional Medical Center (SJRMC) is at the forefront in providing a prompt and safe way for victims of domestic violence to obtain protection orders. Working closely with county court system officials, St. Joseph’s installed videoconferencing links with the courthouse that allow victims to speak directly with officials and the judge to obtain protection orders – even before victims step outside the hospitals. St. Joseph’s is proud to be the hospital model for the success of the innovative and expanding Hospital-to-Court Safety Assistance Project, the state court system's video-contact program.
