The Neurofibromatosis Diagnosis and Treatment Center provides multidisciplinary outpatient care for children with the neurofibromatosis diagnoses including NF1, NF2 and Schwannomatosis. The program offers the services of Geneticists, Ophthalmologists, Developmental Pediatricians, Neurologists, Orthopedists, Audiologists, as well as other health care professionals.

The Neuromuscular Program at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of children with disorders related to the muscle and nerve, such as muscular dystrophies, congenital or acquired myopathies, or neuropathies. The program also offers comprehensive management of children with spasticity due to cerebral palsy or other causes, ranging from oral treatment to muscle chemodenervation with Botox® and surgical interventions.
The O'Neill Center is a Department of Community Medicine program that operates under a contract with the Division of Youth and Family Services. It is a transitional group home for five children under DYFS supervision who are medically fragile and/or HIV infected. The children, who range in age from birth to five years old, do not require hospitalization or 24-hour skilled nursing care.
The Prader-Willi Center provides outpatient multidisciplinary care for children, adolescents and adults with Prader-Willi syndrome. The center offers the services of endocrinologists, geneticists, nutritionists, developmental pediatricians and psychologists, as well as other necessary healthcare providers.
The Quality Department works closely with the Children’s Hospital to ensure that the quality of care is consistently superior by monitoring through various methods.
