Circulatory problems can be the root of issues with ulcers and vascular disorders in legs. Arterial flow can be experiencing plaque build-up in the legs leading to excessive pain and lack of mobility. A reporter covers the story of architect Erdem Tunsciper's battles with leg pain who received second hope from Dr. David Cohen. Plaque blocked the blood flow in Erdem's arteries restricting blood flow and causing leg pain. Dr. Cohen offered a treatment option opposed to intensive surgery. New techniques use lasers, diamond cuts, and other methods to eliminate plaque and work it down in the system. Mattie Burton went to a few different doctors after her legs would no longer support her and move. Burton was referred to Dr. Cohen as well who performed a procedure to laser and close a non-essential vein. In less than an hour the procedure has ended and Burton's mobility has been restored after healing. Arterial issues are addressed by Dr. Cohen to try and open where as faulty and diseased veins are addressed by closing using the laser catheter. Both procedures are extremely effective and do not require extensive surgeries.
