Our Magnet nursing staff provides relationship-based care and is here to meet all your needs throughout your maternity stay. St. Joseph’s can accommodate a variety of birthing plans, including the use of hydrotherapy, birthing balls, epidurals and alternative coping techniques such as breathing and meditation. Our 30 bed maternity unit provides you with a safe, comfortable environment to nurture your new family.

New Mom Resources
Becoming a new mom is an exciting time in life, but it can also be full of questions and concerns. At St. Joseph's Healthcare System, we strive to provide our new mothers with tools and resouces to make the transition into motherhood as easy as possible.
Nursery
New mothers are able to recover in our Mother Baby unit. Your needs, and the needs of your infant, will be taken care of by the dedicated members of our staff, who understand the unique needs of new Moms and who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable.
If you would like, your baby can stay with you in your room. Breastfeeding support is available and our staff will instruct you on bathing, feeding, and developmental needs of newborns.

Nursery - Intermediate Care and Neonatal Intensive Care
High-risk infants are cared for by Neonatal Associates of St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center. These Board-certified physicians have a long history of caring for the tiniest of newborns.

St. Joseph's Healthcare System offers a wide range of integrated Women's Health services, including Childbirthing.
