Manage Stress

Try using relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, and mindfulness to relax and manage stress.  

Exercise Regularly

Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week to reap the immune-boosting benefits. Just be careful not to go overboard; too much exercise can have the opposite effect.

Last, but far from least, smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can weaken your immune system. Dr. Patel explains that, “smoking damages the respiratory system and impairs immune function.” Limiting or quitting these habits can significantly enhance your immune system’s ability to fend off infections.
