PATH Program

The PATH Program of Passaic County is a countywide outreach and case management program for individuals who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless and have a serious and persistent mental illness.

Our case managers collaborate with local landlords to locate affordable housing for individuals enrolled in our program. The PATH Program is not a housing program; it does not have shelter beds, apartments or rooms for rent.

The PATH Program is a street level outreach and supportive services program that links individuals to mental health, financial, housing, drug/alcohol treatment, medical/dental and habilitation/rehabilitation services. The PATH Program is operational Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
