We don’t just talk about leadership. We teach leadership.
At St. Joseph’s our residents are taught how to be leaders, whether in their departments, hospitals, medical societies, communities or operating rooms. Our residents serve on hospital, local and national committees; we give a “Leadership Symposium” to teach the many aspects of professionalism, practice management and broader healthcare issues.
