Acceptance into our residency program is highly competitive with an average of 1,200 applications for 12 positions per year.
The program seeks candidates who are bright, compassionate, and self-directed learners who bring energy, cultural diversity, and enthusiasm to learn, and have the passion to contribute to the improvement of the lives of children and their families.
Applicants to the program apply through ERAS
Selection of applicants for interviews is holistically based on school grades, USMLE scores, geographic origin, cultural and ethnic diversity, recommendation letters, and substance and quality of personal narratives.
