The security of your personal information is very important to us. In our efforts to protect your online transactions, we use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). When you enter a secure portion of this Site (which is any page containing any of your personal information), an image of a closed lock or a solid key should appear in the bottom bar of your browser window. If you click on this image, a small popup window displaying site security information will appear. This certificate guarantees that your personal information is being transmitted in secure (encrypted) form to a StJosephsHealth.org Web server, not to some unknown or unauthorized server.

 

For whom can I purchase a gift?

Gifts can only be purchased for patients hospitalized at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in Paterson, NJ or St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital in Wayne, NJ. We will notify you by e-mail or by phone if orders cannot be delivered. At this time, we are unable to accommodate any mail orders. Delivery is included in the price of the products.

 

Floral arrangements are delivered fresh from the florist.

 

Your credit card will be processed instantly when you make a purchase from StJosephsHealth.org. We collect your name and payment method information, such as credit card information. We collect this information in order to bill you for your purchase. We also collect information that allows us to deliver your order. This includes the name, room of the intended recipient(s). If the recipient should leave before they have received the gift we will refund your money.

 

Are there any Restrictions?

Yes, patients in our Intensive Care Units, Cardiac Care Units, Medical Intensive Care Unit or Renal Transplant Program cannot receive deliveries from the Gift Shop. Patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit can only receive a small number of balloons, and Pediatric oncology patients cannot receive flowers.

 

How soon will my order be processed?

All items are delivered within one business day. Orders submitted after 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday or anytime on the weekend will be processed and delivered on Monday.

 

How do I purchase an item?

When you see an item you wish to purchase, simply click on "Add to Cart" and it will be added to your virtual shopping cart (If you change your mind, you will have an opportunity to remove any items before finalizing your purchase). Your transaction is processed through a secure environment. When you complete your order, please proceed to Checkout. Then enter the patient's name plus your payment information.

 

Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express are accepted.

 

At any time during the checkout process, should you wish to view your chosen items, simply click on "View Gift Cart." To return to Checkout, click on your "Back" button. You will again have an opportunity to review your complete order and will be able to make any necessary changes before completing your order.

 

How do I know you received my order?

You will receive an e-mail to confirm that you order has been processed.

 

How will I know my order has been delivered?

You will receive an email to confim that your order has been delivered. Delivery is included in the price of the products. Floral arrangements are delivered fresh from the florist.

 

How will I know if the patient received the item(s)?

You will receive a second e-mail confirming that your gift has been delivered, your credit card has been charged, or if we were not able to deliver your items.

Online Gift Shop Hours

Flower orders are accepted until 1 p.m. and will be delivered the same day. All other orders are accepted until 1 p.m. will be delivered the same day. Orders submitted after 1 p.m. EST on Friday or anytime on the weekends will be processed and delivered on Monday. Your credit card will be charged immediately.

 

What hours are the gift shops open within the hospitals?

St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center and St. Joseph's Children's Hospital

Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. - 7:45 p.m.

Saturday - Sunday: 11:30 a.m. - 7:45 p.m.

St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital

Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m., some evenings until 7 p.m. Times may vary according to volunteer availability.
