St. Joseph’s Healthcare System (SJHS) proudly participated in this year’s Paterson Night Out event. Over 35 employees and family members representing 15 departments across the Healthcare System, visited neighborhoods and interacted with residents.
“St. Joseph’s Healthcare System was proud to once again support Paterson’s Night Out. St. Joseph’s has a history of investing into our surrounding communities that dates back nearly 150 years. We are strongly committed to being an active partner throughout the Northern New Jersey region by participating in and coordinating a variety of community outreach programs. It is our way of getting to better know our community while also giving them an opportunity to better know us outside of the clinical setting,” says Kenneth Morris, Jr., Vice President, External Affairs, SJHS.
St. Joseph’s Healthcare System employees were joined by Paterson City Council members William McKoy, Council President, and Maritza Davila, Councilwoman-at-Large, as well as City officials Sonia Gordon, Acting City Clerk, and Marcia Julian-Sottorrio, Community Relations Specialist.
St. Joseph’s staff participation for this event was organized by Darlene Quijada-Brito, Manager, Community Outreach, SJHS. For more information regarding SJHS sponsored community activities, please call 973.754.4407.
