Steven Riley, PharmD
Dr. Steven Riley is from Bloomingdale, New Jersey. He completed both his Doctorate of Pharmacy and Master’s Degree in Public Health at Fairleigh Dickinson University and graduated in May, 2023. Steven completed his PGY-1 pharmacy residency at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center. His decision to complete his PGY-2 ambulatory care pharmacy residency at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center was based on his passion for patient care and his interest in population health. After his PGY-2, he plans to pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist in an outpatient setting. Outside of pharmacy, Steven enjoys hiking and traveling. Thus far, he has been on 15 cruises.
Melody Kwang Mabial, PharmD (kwangmabiam@sjhmc.org)
Dr. Melody Kwang is the Clinical Pharmacy Manager at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center. She obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Touro College of Pharmacy in New York, NY. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, NY, following which she stayed on as Pharmacotherapy Care Specialist. Dr. Kwang serves both as a PGY-1 pharmacy residency program coordinator and a preceptor to PGY-1 pharmacy residents on their administration rotation. Her clinical interests include infectious diseases, and transitions of care.
Brian Ubhaus PharmD, BCPS
Dr. Brian Ubhaus is the St. Joseph’s Pharmacy Residency Program Director and is the Internal Medicine Clinical Pharmacist/Antimicrobial Steward at St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center providing clinical services in various area of practice. He received a Bachelor’s of Science from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ and his Doctor of Pharmacy from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, Rutgers University, in Piscataway, NJ. Dr. Ubhaus completed his PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center and participates in local and national pharmacy organizations.
Alexander Lee, JD, PharmD, MS (leea@sjhmc.org)
Dr. Alexander Lee serves as the 340B Program Manager at St. Joseph’s Health. He received Doctor of Pharmacy from Rutgers University, Juris Doctor from Fordham University, and Master of Science from Columbia University. Dr. Lee’s areas of interest include 340B savings optimization strategies, regulatory compliance, and utilizing advanced data analytics to enhance patient care while reducing healthcare expenditures.

Dr. Humberto Jimenez serves as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Infectious Diseases at Comprehensive Care Center at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center and as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, Rutgers University. Dr. Jimenez received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy and completed his residency training at St. Michael’s Medical Center. At his practice site, Dr. Jimenez provides patient care for HIV infected children, adolescents, and adults by collaborating with infectious disease physicians, nurses, case managers, and others to ensure quality and comprehensive patient care. In this setting and on campus, Dr. Jimenez provides didactic and hands-on teaching to students and residents. Dr. Jimenez is also a co-founder and President of Waves of Health, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing modern medical care to underserved communities. He is a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist and a Practicing HIV Pharmacist, a certification provided by the American Academy of HIV Medicine.
