St. Joseph’s Health is making it easier than ever for our patients to take control of their health with MyStJosephsRecord, a free, secure, and confidential online tool where you can access and manage your health information.

MyStJosephsRecord gives you access to your personal health records all in one place.  With MyStJosephsRecord, you have the ability to:

  • Manage appointments
  • View labs and test results including COVID-19 results
  • View and pay hospital and physician bills securely
  • Send a message to your provider
  • Schedule and manage a telehealth visit
  • Request a prescription refill
  • Manage the healthcare of a dependent or family member through Proxy Access

NOTES:

  • MyStJosephsRecord patient portal provides you with copies of portions of your health information. The health information provided though the patient portal is not a complete copy of all your health information. The release of medical record is subject to St. Joseph’s Health policies and procedures, appropriate authorizations and applicable law.
  • You are able to manage the healthcare of a dependent or family member through Proxy Access. The proxy process was designed to comply with state and federal privacy laws. Due to portal technological limitations, proxy access to medical records for patients ages 13-17 is not available. Parents may contact the St. Joseph’s Health Information Management department online or by calling 973-754-2996 (Paterson) or 973-956-3715 (Wayne).
