Technology Provides Immediate Interpreter Services

At St. Joseph’s Health, we recognize that diversity and inclusion are essential for the overall health of our patients. The hospital maintains both an extensive language bank and access to the Language Line, which allows for instant connection to live interpreters for virtually any language. In addition, we offer sign language services for deaf and hearing-impaired.

These services are available on-demand, 24 hours a day. We also have the availability of web-based sign language interpreters through the use of our ROVERS, which allows immediate access to a sign language interpreter any time, day or night.
