St. Joseph’s University Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital
Thank you for visiting St. Joseph’s University Medical Center. Our spacious parking garage is conveniently located adjacent to the main lobby entrance to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center/St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital at 703 Main Street, Paterson.
Garage Parking Fees:
- Up to 1 hour – $5.00
- Up to 2 hours – $7.00
- Up to 6 hours – $9.00
- Over 6 hours – $10.00
- Maximum is $10.00 (24 hrs.)
Visitor self-parking is available 24 hours/7 days a week.
An “All Day Pass” (available upon request at the Level 2A Parking Office Garage) allows the pass holder to leave and return to the parking garage several times during the day. The cost for this service is $10.
The parking garage office is located on level 2A and open Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. An attendant is available 24 hours/7 days.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the main lobby driveway entrance to the medical center for a flat rate of $12.
Please notify the attendant if you would like to valet park. Re-entry passes are not available for valet parking.
Handicapped Parking at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center is available at the main lobby driveway entrance. For wheelchair assistance, please ask the attendant or call 973.754.3496.
Emergency Department Parking
The Emergency Department parking lot is located on Mary Street. Our ED patient valet parking is free with patient discharge only. Otherwise, ED valet parking is available for a flat rate of $10 for visitors.
St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center
General parking is free in our convenient, open-air parking lot. The lot is located across from the main entrance of St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center.

St. Joseph’s Totowa Health Campus and The Cancer Center at Totowa
General parking is free in our convenient, open-air parking lot. Patients park toward the front and sides and employee lots are to the rear.
